For those who have already purchased their tickets prior to the Tuesday, October 27 WEP 2016 Unveiling event, please email us at contactwep@kaust.edu.sa with your name, email and flight receipt and we will work on a solution to fulfill your credits. \n\t\t\t\t \n \n\t\t\t\t\t WEP academic credit is not awarded for events such as athletics, trips, performances, or gala nights. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Some workshops may require attendance at more than one session. These sessions must be attended in full to attain credit. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t If an event is cancelled an email announcement will be sent to enrolled participants regarding event replacement. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Credit attendance will be confirmed by an electronic badge scan mechanism at events. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Students who do not complete their attendance requirements for WEP do not graduate. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t If you decide you will not attend an event you have registered for, be sure to visit the event listing online at wep.acadox.com and press the \u2018leave this program\u2019 button. \n\t\t\t\t \n \n\t\t\t\t\t After WEP 2016, students will have until Sunday, February 7 to claim any missed credits. There will be no exceptions. A final list of completed credits will be sent on Monday, February 8. \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t \n\t \n\t\t \n\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Registration: \nNew students: Please register for Acadox with your KAUST email only.\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Event times: \n\t\t\t\t\tPlease check your event schedule at wep.acadox.com, as event times and details may have changed. Remember that your 30 credits must be completed at a single WEP program and cannot be completed across more than one program\/year. If you have any issues making sure you have enough credited events make sure you pass by the WEP office at Building 9, Level 4, Rooms 4332 to 4335 and the WEP team will assist you.\n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t Punctuality: \n\t\t\t\t\tMake sure you arrive 30 minutes before all keynote speakers and 15 minutes before all other lectures and workshops. This is to make sure your registration is recorded for credit purposes. Please note that we will not record registrations for events after the event starts.
